Twelve Weddings is a beautifully simple way to let your guests help you capture the moments you might otherwise miss.
Guests capture or upload their favourite photos from your wedding day, and we print and deliver them straight to their door — with a personalised thank-you note from you.
You’ll also receive a full digital album of every photo submitted, and can print up to 150 of your favourites (or up to 300 prints for weddings with over 300 guests).

1. We’ll give you a unique QR code to share with guests (add it to your wedding invites, wedding website, welcome signage, table plan, menus etc.)

2. Guests scan the QR code to access the app, and take or upload up to 12 photos across the day

3. Their photos are saved in their own private envelope in the Twelve app. 

4. After 24 hours, the envelope seals automatically, and we start printing those precious memories.

5. At the same time, you get a digital album of every single photo taken, and can choose up to 150 to print for yourselves

6. Each guest then gets a copy of the photos they took printed and delivered to their door 2–3 days later, beautifully packaged with your thank-you note. A wedding favour they will actually want to keep!

Yes, but it’s super quick and easy to do. The app is free and available on the App Store and Google Play Store. Guests don’t need to set up an account or enter any payment details — all they need is the address they’d like their photos delivered to.
Guests simply scan your QR code, tap the link, and begin capturing or uploading their photos directly from their phone.

Any moments from the day — selfies, group shots, ceremony highlights, late-night dancefloor fun… you name it.
They can upload photos taken on their phone or imported from another device, so long as they’re on their phone when uploading.

Each guest has 24 hours from the time they upload their first photo on your wedding day to add, edit or remove images.
After that, their envelope will be sealed and sent to print automatically — no need for them to remember to check back in!

Each envelope contains up to 12 printed photos, beautifully packaged, along with a thank-you note from you and your new husband or wife.

Yes! Twelve Weddings is available for weddings in Ireland or abroad — so long as your guests can provide an Irish postal address for delivery.

This means couples getting married abroad (or hosting international guests) can still use Twelve to capture and print those special moments, with printed photos delivered to friends and family anywhere in Ireland within 2–3 working days.

Yes. All photo envelopes are private and secure.
Only the wedding couple and the guest who submitted the photos can view them. Once the envelope is sealed, we’ll share the full digital album with you (the couple), but no one else has access.

Once an envelope is sealed, we print and dispatch it within 24 hours. Guests typically receive their prints within 2–3 working days via An Post.

No problem at all.
If some of your guests don’t use Twelve at your wedding, any unused envelopes are automatically credited back to you.
So, for example, if you have 100 guests and only 90 envelopes are used, you’ll have 10 envelopes to use however you like — whether it’s for your honeymoon photos, a birthday celebration, or just your favourite everyday moments.
They’re yours to keep and use anytime.

Yes! Your wedding package includes:
